Manual for IS Ticketing Tool
This document provides a step-by-step guide to register,
configure your profile, and raise tickets using the IS Ticketing Tool.
Steps
to Sign UP in IS Ticketing Tool
On the top-right corner of the
page, click on “New User”.
Completing
Sign-Up
Enter your Name and Email ID in
the required fields.
Once submitted, an approval
request will be sent to us and verified by the IT FMS Team.
After verification, your
Sign-Up process will be complete, and you can log in to the system.

Registration Process

Steps to
Register:
1.
Accept the Invitation
: Click the Accept the Invitation button in the email.
2.
Setup Password:
You will be redirected to a page where you need to set up your password.

Register
:
After entering your password, click the Register button. Your profile
will now be created on the IS Ticketing Tool.

Profile Setup
After
registering, follow these steps to save your profile information:
1.
Update
your Display Name and Mobile Number in the profile section.
2.
Click on the Save button to save your details.
3.
Once saved ,your profile is setup, click on the My Area
button to access add ticket feature
Part II
Raising a Ticket
There are
two ways to raise a ticket in the IS Ticketing Tool:
Option 1:
Through the Portal
1.
and click on the Add Ticket option.
2.
Fill
in the following details:
o Subject: Provide a title for the ticket.
o Ticket Category: Select the category from the
dropdown.
o Sub-Category: Choose the appropriate
sub-category.
o Description: Provide a detailed description of
the issue.
o Priority: Select the urgency level: Low,
Medium, High, or Critical.
3. (Optional)
Attach any relevant files if required.
4. Click
on the Submit button to raise the ticket.
